Price watching 12/13/2008

Anyone who knows me will tell you I have always been a diehard Amazon patron. Their prices are great and their customer service even better. However, one of the features that has always been a favorite of mine is no longer available. This was called the post-purchase price guarantee. Basically the way it worked was you could purchase anything sold by Amazon (not 3rd party) and if the price dropped within 30 days of purchase you could notify them and they would credit you back the difference from what you paid. This always gave me a sense of security in believing I would get the best deal in the end. Now, you have to watch the prices because they change as fast as the stock market. The main reason I am writing this is to let you know to watch the item you want (if you're not in a hurry). The prices go up and down on a daily basis, sometimes by a dizzying amount.
